As a filmmaker, I am inspired by both the spectacle of K-pop and the quiet beauty of everyday life. What began as a passion for music video production has grown into a search for authenticity—capturing subtle expressions, fleeting details, and the human truths within them. My current documentary explores how K-pop offers fans emotional support and connection, turning personal struggles into shared understanding. Through my work, I aim to create films that are intimate, honest, and human—reminding audiences of the extraordinary that exists in the simplest of moments.
I was born in Guangzhou, China, and moved to Texas in 2016. Graduated from the University of Houston in 2021 with a BA degree in Visual Art, Photography, and Digital Media. Since I was very interested in painting, photography and video production, I will spend a lot of time capture the beauty around me.
